Terms of Sales of Original Art Online
The buyer will be contacted by the seller within 24 hours of purchase of original art to answer any questions or concerns.
As the buyer of an original art piece there is an unconditional right to return any item(s), with no explanation required, within a 30 (thirty) day period following delivery of the purchased item(s).
A refund will be due within a 7(seven) day period following the return of the item(s) in question.
The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the item(s) return unless there was damage of the item(s). Proof of damage must be shown, exterior packaging and art. The items(s) to be returned to seller must be packaged professionally according shippers standards and insured for the full value of the item(s) returned.
Commissioned work is non-refundable.
Buyer can contact seller to arrange possible art pickup at Naples Studio when open.

Art with online prices include packing, insurance and shipping to buyer in all US States except Alaska and Hawaii contact seller for additional information regarding these 2 regions.
